At Kriya Veda, we want you to be happy with every purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will accept your return within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned new or gently used with all tags and packaging attached. Kriya Veda has the right to reject a return, if it does not comply with our return policy.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
To ensure proper handling of your order, please be sure to do the following:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Place merchandise in the same or similar packaging, and enclose a copy of your packing slip. Ship your return to the address shown below.
- Drop off your package with a preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
*Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
At this time, www.kriyaveda.com does not offer an exchange policy. Please submit a new order for items you wish to exchange.
