RETURN POLICY

At Kriya Veda, we want you to be happy with every purchase. So, in the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will accept your return within 60 days of purchase. Our stress-free policy is part of our commitment of taking care of you every step of the way.

Products must be in original condition and packaging. Kriya Veda has the right to reject a return, if it does not comply with our return policy. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

To ensure proper handling of your order, please be sure to do the following:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at inquiries@kriyaveda.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  2. Place merchandise in the same or similar packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip. Ship your return to the address shown below.

  3. Drop off your package with a preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
