Where are you from?

I am from beautiful Tel Aviv, Israel.

What is your favorite fitness routine and why?

My fitness routine is super diverse, which makes it challenging and fun. I serve in the IDF and train 5 times a week. I love to run, and plan on running my first TLV half marathon next February! I also practice yoga 1-2 times a week. Yoga makes me feel both calm and strong. I wish I had more time to practice! TRX, HIIT, Cycling, and Pilates are also a very important part of my fitness routine. 

What fitness classes do you teach?

I teach aerobics, kickboxing, and indoor cycling. I specialize in functional trainings, TRX, and HIIT. I am also beginning Pilates certification soon.

What keeps you motivated?

Seeing other people push themselves, and to see how happy they are when they see improvements in their physical and mental health due to exercise!

Best training tips for people who want to get in shape?

  • Do it with a friend
  • Listen to your favorite music 
  • Make it part of your schedule 
  • And most importantly, find an activity you truly love and enjoy, so you'll continue to train

What do you like to do for fun?

I love spending time with family and friends, laughing, and drawing.

What is your favorite food?

I love fruit! If calories didn’t matter, I would eat it all day long.

I'm inspired by everyone in the Instagram community - runners, yogis, and health experts who have the courage to share their lifestyles with the world. I'm always finding new poses and flows to practice from the most influential fitness experts in the world.

What is your favorite Kriya Veda product?

My favorite Kriya Veda product is the Eco Mat. It's perfect for all yogis, and you don't slip no matter how sweaty your hands are.
